As a Second Generation REALTOR®, Chris has been around

Real Estate for decades. His resume ideal for his career path,

and his family all being involved in the industry as well.

His Mom a Broker since 1976, Chris has been going to listing

appointments and open houses since very early childhood!

Joining the Credit Bureau of Columbus out of school and during

his college years, Chris was the Consumer Relations Supervisor,

where he helped consumers correct and update their credit reports.

Then on to opportunities with Bank One of Columbus, where he

was hired as Operations Supervisor at the McCoy Center.

Originally licensed to sell Real Estate in 1989, Chris realized after

building his first home that New Home Sales could be a

very rewarding career path. Joining the Builder who built

his first home, he was now on his way to a successful career

marketing homes for a major Central Ohio home builder. Chris

has helped hundreds of Central Ohioans realize the American

Dream of Home Ownership, and has sold tens of millions

of dollars in new home product.

I have one goal for my clients. I don't just want to sell

I want every client, to be so absolutely thrilled with my service,

that they recommend me to everyone they know. Real Estate

Professionals success hinges on referrals. Without them,

Today, buyers search for homes very differently than in years past.

We know that 82% of buyers search online for their new home.

As the price point increases, the percentage of online views increase.

It's important that your home be syndicated to several of the more

popular Real Estate Search Portals, (see below) to maximize your

exposure on the World Wide Web. Be sure to ask agents you consider

"Do you syndicate to Realtor.com, and will I be Showcase Enhanced?"

Showcase Enhancement is expensive, but allows agents to have

multiple pictures, scrolling text, two scrolling headlines, two

thousand alpha fields available for text descriptions, and links to

agent sites, that ultimately will give you more exposure online,

and online exposure equals SOLD!
